I was really cranky....



John is obsessed with filming me do weird things, like snore, walk down a subway tunnel, put my makeup on, or when i'm yelling at him. Me walking through a pile of snow when my backpacks falling off and my nose is running is no different i guess.

But then I wasn't so cranky because it was late at night and really pretty in Philadelphia











Snowed in.

I have a lot of very thin hair, and have always needed to use a volumizer spray before blowdrying to give it body. I read a million reviews on BIG and decided to check it out.

When reading reviews people said not to use it with color treated hair, my hair is color treated, but I still wanted to give it a go anyways.

First impressions were that it smelled amazing but by the look at all the salt in it I wondered if it would lather and if iyt would be hard to get the salt out of my hair.

I took only a small amount out...maybe the size of a quarter and rubbed it into my hair, it lathered so well! And the salt came right out when I rinsed it.

I followed it up with American cream conditioner.

I wanted to know what my hair truely looked like when it was done so I didnt put anything in my hair and let it air dry. Amazingly enough my hair looked like I used a blow dryer on it. even though my hair felt really crappy when it was wet and just out of the shower it dried to be very soft.

I honestly have nothing bad to say about this shampoo, I am so impressed!

so i'm getting a tattoo soon and the placement i'm leaning towards is my upper arm/shoulder area. the only thing i'm curious about is how it would look while wearing a dress or a tank top, so i was wondering if anyone could show me pictures of girls in dresses or tank tops with tattoos in that general area? i've searched everywhere and i can't seem to find much. preferably girls with uncolored tattoos and no more than a 1/2 sleeve, but at this point whatever will do. thanks!

Nobody I know enjoys Lush as much as I do. I keep trying to get people into it but... alas! This year I got my boss Snow Fairy Shower Gel & Candy Fluff Dusting Powder as she always comments on how I smell nice when I've used them both. Maybe we'll have another convert...

Anyway, I was sorting my stash out earlier and felt like taking some photos to share.

My favorite thing is the jellies, they are so much fun! I love sweetie pie cause it smells so good.

Finally... Today I had a bath with half a vanilla fountain, Yummy Yummy Yummy showergel, followed up with Vanilla Puff dusting powder and cupcake mask. My boy told me I smelled like icecream :-)

On my trip to Las Vegas earlier this summer, one of the main things on my to do list was to try out LUSH products. I stumbled onto the website years before and agonized over how I couldn't smell the products in person, but luckily I remembered they have a store in Mandalay Bay.

When I was picking out my bath bombs (I wanted to take advantage of my hotel room's jacuzzi), I was dismayed at their weak scent but chalked it up to a nose overwhelmed by casino cigarette smoke.

Then I used them, the whole bath bomb in one go. The smell was just as weak as before and in the water, it was even more of a disappointment. :( My question: is this typical of LUSH bath bombs, or was I unlucky enough to get a stale product? The LUSH store was in the middle of a huge shopping mall and was right across a restaurant, so I figured that they had to keep the scent level down and had low product turnover because of less demand.

Going on that rationale, I have a feeling I should give LUSH a second chance. Any shopping tips for choosing a bath bomb next time? I'm probably going to buy products with longer use the next time I go there, like a massage bar or dusting powder, but the information is good to have anyway. :]
